Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Solid experience in Banking – Retail, Corporate, or Private Banking
Excellent understanding of business process modeling and customer lifecycle management
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to translate customer journeys into CRM-driven processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to AI in CRM (e.g., predictive insights, customer scoring, automation)
• Experience working in digital banking or fintech environments
• Comfortable with requirement gathering workshops and agile ceremonies
