DV – Joie De Vivre is looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Estimation Specialist to join our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for a smart, detail-oriented individual to build a career in cost estimation. You’ll be guided and trained by experienced professionals while supporting the preparation of accurate and competitive project estimates.

🔹 What You’ll Do (with training & support):

Assist in reviewing drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Support time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.

Gather and organize information from engineers, project managers & suppliers.

Help maintain and update project cost databases.

Review supplier and subcontractor quotes under supervision.

Learn to prepare estimation reports and bid packages.

Track changes in project scope and support adjustments.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.

Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.

Strong analytical, math & problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel (estimation/CAD software is a plus).

Excellent communication & teamwork skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred (not required):

Internship/academic project experience in estimation or project planning.

Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or RSMeans.
