Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users
• Resolve helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs
• Install and configure software and systems
• Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory / Entra ID)
• Handle email setup and troubleshooting
• Perform antivirus updates and patch management
• Support SharePoint / OneDrive users
• Provide hardware support (laptops, desktops)
• Manage printers and peripherals setup
• Maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations
• UAE Experience mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and user support skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team
