Enrollme HR Consultancy, Dubai (Emiratisation & Expat recruitment), are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer – Commercial Lines to support the Customer Services team for one of our client in insurance sector. The role involves handling customer requests, processing policy documentation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with company standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

✅ 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in GCC countries with good knowledge of insurance procedures

✅Certification from Chartered Insurance Institute, UK or its equivalent and/or Certification in Insurance Operations

✅Bilingual candidates preferred (English & Arabic)

✅Marketing skills.

✅Sound knowledge and experience in technical aspects related to Insurance policies and/or Operations

✅Knowledge of concepts of customer service/ Operations

✅Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
