🔹 Key Requirements:
• 10+ years of SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Good understanding of Employee Central (EC) and EC-ECP integration
• Experience with payroll schemas, payroll processes, and data flows
• Expertise in payroll discrepancy analysis, reconciliation, and data mapping
• Experience in multi-country/global SAP environments
• Knowledge of statutory and compliance payroll requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating offshore support teams
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and reconciliation issues
• Support payroll testing, upgrades, patches, and statutory updates
• Validate payroll reports and statutory outputs
• Ensure end-to-end payroll support and governance
• Monitor data quality, system health, and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore teams
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and solution implementation
