China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) – Dubai is looking for an experienced and proactive TTM Manager to join our team for ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

✅ 8–12 years of experience in Temporary Traffic Management for road and infrastructure projects in the UAE

✅ Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role as TTM Manager / TTM Lead

✅ Strong knowledge of RTA, Dubai Municipality, and authority requirements

✅ Proven experience in TTM Plans, Traffic Diversion Plans, permits, and NOCs

✅ Good knowledge of traffic control devices, signage, barriers, lighting, and road markings

✅ UAE Driving License is mandatory

✅ Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Prepare, implement, and manage TTM Plans and Traffic Diversion Plans

🔹 Liaise with RTA, consultants, and authorities for approvals and permits

🔹 Conduct site surveys and risk assessments for safe traffic management

🔹 Plan and supervise TTM resources including manpower, equipment, and materials

🔹 Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and compliance of traffic control devices

🔹 Monitor site activities to ensure safety of road users, public, and workers

🔹 Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
