C𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 and 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

✅Minimum 12 years in enterprise or solution architecture, technology strategy or architecture governance, including leadership of complex, cross-platform initiatives in regulated environments.

✅Deep experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, application portfolio management and lifecycle governance.

✅Strong understanding of technology obsolescence, vendor end-of-support risk, investment planning and architecture governance.

✅Experience shaping enterprise resilience strategies and target-state architectures across applications, infrastructure, data, integration and cloud.

✅Ability to establish pragmatic governance frameworks, RACI models, control points, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

✅Strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, facilitation and decision-paper writing skills.

✅Experience in banking, financial services or another highly regulated sector is strongly preferred.
