🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily purchasing activities for MEP and project requirements.

Source suppliers for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting materials.

Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive procurement.

Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and maintain procurement documentation.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams, stores, and accounts departments.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Monitor procurement schedules, inventory levels, supplier performance, and project requirements.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.Supervise purchase assistants and prepare regular procurement reports.

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in purchasing within MEP, construction, or project-based industries.

Good knowledge of MEP materials, BOQs, material submittals, and technical specifications.

Experience in supplier negotiation, cost control, and procurement documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP procurement systems.UAE construction market experience is preferred.

UAE experience is mandatory
