Position: Project Manager – SAP Implementation (Corrugated Packaging Industry)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (SAP Implementation) with strong exposure to the corrugated packaging industry. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the complete SAP implementation project, ensuring seamless integration of business processes, accurate data migration, and stakeholder alignment within a manufacturing and packaging setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end SAP implementation for the corrugated packaging division, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales - to ensure all business processes are mapped effectively in SAP.
3. Drive project planning, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
4. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and vendors.
5. Ensure alignment of SAP modules with packaging industry standards (Production Planning, Inventory, Quality, and Sales modules).
6. Oversee data migration and validation to ensure data integrity.
7. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure user training and documentation are completed.
8. Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to management.
9. Ensure all project deliverables comply with best practices and industry benchmarks.
10. Manage change requests, scope variations, and stakeholder expectations efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Management (MBA preferred).
2. 8–12 years of experience in project management with at least 3-5 years in SAP implementation within the corrugated packaging / manufacturing sector.
3. Strong understanding of SAP modules such as PP, MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO.
4. Demonstrated expertise in corrugated packaging workflows — production planning, material management, costing, and order-to-delivery processes.
5. PMP or SAP project management certification preferred.
6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
7. Hands-on experience managing vendors and third-party SAP integrators.
8. Ability to work under tight deadlines and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
