- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, assess competitors, and identify potential clients and partnership opportunities.
- Understand client needs and design customized HR, assessment, and people development solutions that address their business challenges.
- Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals and presentations that clearly communicate ENGAGEโs value proposition.
- Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process to successfully close deals and achieve revenue targets .
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support their organizational development needs.
- Represent ENGAGE in industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and expand the client base.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance while ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.

Bachelorโs degree in any relevant field.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or similar.
Proven experience in consulting or the training industry is a MUST
GCC experience (essential), preferably in UAE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent written and spoken English.
