Key Responsibilities:
Drive international sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build, manage, and grow relationships with overseas brokers, agents, and investors.
Identify and close new business opportunities across priority markets.
Represent the brand at international property shows, roadshows, and investor meetings.
Negotiate and finalize high-value sales deals with HNWIs and institutional buyers.
Collaborate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads and optimize conversion.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategy to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of proven international sales experience in real estate or luxury assets.
Strong network of global investors and brokerage partners.
Exceptional negotiation, deal-closing, and communication skills.
