Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new suppliers capable of providing innovative, high-quality products at competitive prices from fully compliant manufacturing facilities.
Manage and strengthen vendor relationships through performance evaluation and delivery of core KPIs.
Oversee the Product Development (PD) function to ensure customer specifications are accurately translated to suppliers.
Track production progress and ensure on-time delivery as per contractual commitments.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of experience in a reputable local or multinational buying house, specifically in bedding and towel product sourcing.
Prior experience dealing with European and U.S. customers.
Strong communication (written and verbal English), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to build and sustain relationships with international clients.
Factory experience will be considered a plus.
Additional Notes
Only candidates with 5–7 years of experience in a buying house will be considered.
Applicants without relevant buying house experience will not be shortlisted.
