Role Overview
As an ERP Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new business leads through networking, research, and outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Deliver compelling ERP product demos and presentations.
Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reports.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for solution alignment.
Stay informed about ERP market trends, innovations, and competitors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2–4+ years of B2B software/ERP sales experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of ERP solutions and enterprise software.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo CRM).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel as needed.
