Requirements:
Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience
Strong background in managing civil & commercial project execution
Proven ability to handle project planning, budgeting, site coordination, and stakeholder management
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Valid UAE Driving License (DL mandatory)
