Required Skills Experience:
· Experience: 10+ years in software testing, with 4+ years in a Test Manager
· Domain: Strong banking/financial knowledge (retail banking, payments, lending, core banking)
· Tools: Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, UFT, Cypress, Tosca) and performance/security testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
· Methodologies: Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
· Leadership: Proven experience in team building, mentoring, and resource management
· Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance testing in banking
· Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
