Proven experience in 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮 (𝟭𝟭 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲) and 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 / 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁 / 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁 for backend development
Strong understanding of 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗔𝗣𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, and 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀
Expertise in 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 (𝗢𝗢𝗗), 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀, and Design Patterns

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 / 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱:
Hands-on experience in 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 and 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Familiarity with 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗰𝗮𝘁, 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼𝘄 servers
Understanding of 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and sprint-based delivery
Experience with 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗲 or similar build tools
Knowledge of 𝗞𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻 and 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 is a plus

As a 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮 / 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿, you’ll design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems that power digital banking platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-performance microservices that enhance customer experience and ensure seamless system operations.
You’ll take full ownership of your code — from architecture to production support, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability within a 𝗳𝗮st-paced Agile environment.
