We’re seeking a Product Owner – Merchant Acquiring to drive the setup and expansion of our acquiring business across in-store and e-commerce channels in the UAE and KSA.

You’ll lead scheme integrations, certifications, and enhance payment gateway and POS capabilities to build a strong merchant acquiring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Visa/ Mastercard scheme certifications across POS & Ecom.

- Collaborate with processors, gateways, and IT to design smooth transaction and onboarding flows.

- Drive product innovation and competitive pricing across markets.

- Ensure scheme, regulatory, and risk compliance.

- Partner with technology vendors for post-onboarding and terminal management processes.

Mandatory Skills

Deep understanding of merchant acquiring (POS & Ecom)

Experience with payment schemes & certifications

Strong knowledge of gateways, processors, and digital onboarding

Expertise in product ownership, project management, and stakeholder coordination

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering / IT / Technology (Essential)

Master’s in Marketing or Finance (Desirable)

6+ years in Product / Partnership / Project Management in Payments, Fintech, or Banking
