Drive long-term strategy & 3-year corporate plans

Assess competitive landscapes & identify growth opportunities

Champion capital investment cases aligned with corporate vision

🔹 Business Development & Innovation

Identify new ventures & market expansion opportunities

Develop business plans & feasibility studies

Lead projects from concept to operational launch

🔹 Performance Excellence

Set strategic priorities & performance metrics

Track critical projects & ensure delivery

Partner with C-suite & Board of Directors

🔹 Stakeholder Management

Build collaborative relationships across all levels

Lead cross-functional teams & drive decisions

Interface seamlessly with executive leadership

WHO YOU ARE

Education: Master's degree in Business Administration (minimum)

Additional degrees in Analytics, Economics, or Statistics preferred

Experience: 10-15 years including:

Top-tier strategy consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Mercer, Kearney)

C-level advisory or divisional leadership roles

Corporate strategy units in MNCs or private equity firms
