Role Summary
Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of M365 adoption strategies across multiple business units. Oversee communication, training, and champion networks to ensure successful transformation. Monitor usage, measure impact, resolve adoption challenges, and align initiatives with IT and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate current M365 maturity, identify gaps, and define adoption KPIs.
Drive adoption of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related tools.
Lead communications, training, workshops, and user support initiatives.
Build and manage an M365 Champion Network.
Analyze usage data and user feedback to improve engagement.
Support troubleshooting and coordinate with IT teams.
Lead cross-functional work on new M365 features, integrations, and enhancements.
Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and optimize licensing.
Stay updated on M365 technologies and provide recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience leading M365 adoption or digital transformation projects.
Strong expertise in MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune, Viva, and IAM.
Experience applying change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Relevant M365 or change management certifications are an advantage.
