Key Responsibilities:
• Track and analyze IT performance and resilience metrics
• Maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Monitor incidents, outages, SLA compliance, and recovery metrics
• Support audit, governance, and regulatory reporting
Preferred Background: Experience in IT governance, reporting, or data analysis within enterprise IT environments.
