We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth across our lubricant and grease product lines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of lubricants, an established client network, and a proven track record in driving B2B sales within the automotive, industrial, or marine sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and export markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in lubricants, grease, or petrochemical sales.
Strong market understanding in the GCC, Africa, or South Asia regions preferred.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
