Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT infrastructure and managed services to clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and SLA compliance. Oversees service performance, coordinates with technical teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and managed services.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and incident/problem resolution.
Act as primary customer contact for service performance and escalations.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless delivery.
Drive service improvements, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
Requirements:
10-15 years of IT service management experience.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, infrastructure technologies, and managed services.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
