Alhodood Technologies is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team full-time in Dubai. If you have a passion for building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and presenting powerful ERP solutions, we want to meet you.
Role Overview
In this on-site role, you will take charge of:
• New business development and lead generation
• Managing key accounts and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Researching potential clients and setting up meetings
• Presenting ERP solutions such as Odoo and Zoho to prospects
• Driving sales conversations and closing deals effectively
• Contributing to revenue growth with a proven sales track record
This is a high-impact role where your communication skills, negotiation abilities, and market understanding will directly support our growth.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in Business Development
• Proven skills in lead generation and new business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in account management with a focus on client retention
• A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of ERP platforms (Odoo preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
