Ultimate HR Solutions is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market (GTM) for a leading shopping ecosystem spanning Retail, Grocery, Entertainment, and Lifestyle/Home.
In this role, you’ll be the voice of the shopper—turning customer insights into compelling value propositions, insight-driven campaigns, and measurable commercial impact. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Creative, BI, Media, and Commercial teams to build the most rewarding way for customers to shop.
What You’ll Do
Lead shopper insights and segmentation across categories and markets
Translate product features into clear customer value and positioning
Own GTM for product launches, seasonal moments, and retail events
Define audiences, messaging, channels, lifecycle journeys, and KPIs
Orchestrate execution across in-app, onsite, CRM, and paid media
Own and prioritize the shopping roadmap with a focus on high-impact initiatives
Measure performance, drive test-and-learn, and optimize for ROI
Influence senior stakeholders through strong storytelling and strategic thinking
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Product Marketing / GTM within Retail, Grocery, FMCG, Fashion, or Loyalty ecosystems
Strong insight-to-action mindset with analytical strength
Proven leadership of multi-channel, multi-market campaigns
Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
