𝐊𝐞𝐲 π‘πžπ¬π©π¨π§π¬π’π›π’π₯𝐒𝐭𝐒𝐞𝐬:

- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management, offering recommendations for improvement.

- Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and company performance in comparison to business plans.

- Conduct evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities and process optimization.

- Oversee the finance department’s operations, set objectives, and design frameworks to achieve financial goals.

- Manage the preparation and execution of annual budgets.

- Ensure the financial health of the organization by monitoring day-to-day operations including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.

- Liaise with auditors to ensure robust monitoring of company finances.

- Handle external audits and prepare complete sets of accounts from trial balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Perform detailed vouching and verification of transactions to maintain financial integrity and transparency.

- Manage banking operations and treasury-related matters.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting policies, and regulatory standards.

- Maintain and reconcile financial systems (SAP/ERP) in alignment with business and planning tools.

- Develop and customize SAP/ERP financial reports as per finance and business needs.

- Conduct quarterly balance sheet reviews to verify proper updating of asset and liability schedules.

- Ensure timely preparation of direct and indirect tax reconciliations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and strategic planning.


π‚π¨π«πž π‚π¨π¦π©πžπ­πžπ§πœπ’πžπ¬ / 𝐒𝐀𝐒π₯π₯𝐬:

- MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 3–4 years of proven experience across diverse finance functions.

- Hands-on experience in external audits, preparation of financial statements from trial balances, and vouching.

- Strong command over financial software, ERP systems, and SAP.

- In-depth understanding of financial statistics, trends, and market dynamics.

- Working knowledge of tax regulations and statutory legislation.

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to interpret large volumes of complex data and provide actionable insights.

- Capability to collaborate with senior-level stakeholders and guide team members effectively.
