Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 10+ years of IT experience
2. Experience managing releases in large-scale transformation or rollout programs
3. Proven experience working within multi-vendor ecosystems
4. Strong stakeholder and client management skills
5. Hands-on experience with release planning, environment coordination, and deployment management
6. Understanding of software infrastructure and configuration management
7. Work closely with release engineers on code merges and deployments
