✔️ 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with strong specialization in IAM & PAM

✔️ Proven track record working on government or highly regulated transformation programs

✔️ Design, implement & manage enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks

✔️ Administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms – privileged account onboarding, vaulting, session recording & monitoring

✔️ Manage end-to-end user lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver), RBAC models & access recertification campaigns

✔️ Implement segregation of duties (SoD) controls aligned with compliance mandates

✔️ Integrate IAM solutions with Active Directory, cloud platforms & critical enterprise applications

✔️ Conduct periodic access reviews, audit remediation & compliance reporting

✔️ Monitor and respond to access-related security incidents & policy violations

✔️ Ensure alignment with national cybersecurity frameworks & regulatory standards applicable to government entities

✔️ Support secure architecture design for identity governance across hybrid environments

✔️ CISSP / CISM / CISA or equivalent security certifications

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

➕ Vendor certifications in IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity)

➕ Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and regional information assurance standards

➕ Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working within compliance-driven, mission-critical environments are essential.
