- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS updates.

- Facilitate employees with queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and dashboards.

- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.

- Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and enhanced employee experience.

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 / 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR service delivery/operations.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and systems.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
