Key Responsibilities
Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, WIP cable samples, and finished products
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
Identify faults in cables and support corrective & preventive actions
Generate non-conformance reports and share feedback with relevant teams
Carry out calibration of testing and measuring equipment
Follow HSE policies, SOPs, and 5S practices
Support audits, inspections, and certifications
Liaise with customers, auditors, and third-party inspection agencies when required
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in a large industrial plant
Minimum 3 years in cable testing
Cable manufacturing experience is mandatory
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
