What we’re looking for :
- Minimum 5 to 10years years of experience in sales/business development within marine, logistics, or shipping sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of ship spares, technical stores, and/or marine logistics.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, negotiate contracts, and understand maritime law/logistics, including STS (Ship-to-Ship) transfer
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, shipping companies, vessel owners, and fleet operators.
