Key requirements :-
🔸 Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Cards (Debit/ Credit)
🔸 Hands-on exposure to UAE banking regulations and market practices
🔸 Experience working with card lifecycle, transactions, and payment flows
Ability to gather requirements, gap analysis, prepare BRDs/FSD, and coordinate with business, internal IT and other vendors, managing CAB approvals.
🔸 Good communication and stakeholder management skills
🔸 Coordinating with all stakeholders to obtain sign-offs necessary for project closure
