Requirements:
- 10+ years in Oil & Gas construction, 5+ years offshore (ADNOC experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing offshore technical buildings (Control Rooms, E-Houses, HV/LV rooms)
- Strong leadership, schedule & subcontractor management, HSE compliance
- Offshore safety certification (BOSIET/HUET) preferred
- Responsibilities: Lead construction execution, ensure ADNOC compliance, manage interfaces, QA/QC, and oversee handover.
