Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
5–10 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing projects
Mandatory experience in factory, warehouse, or industrial construction
Strong knowledge of building construction, utilities, MEP coordination & HVAC systems
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution
Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 / MS Project, and Excel (BOQ & costing)
Hands-on experience with BOQs, budgeting, feasibility studies & contractor coordination
Strong site supervision, safety compliance & progress reporting skills
Certifications (Preferred)
PMP / CAPM
Primavera or MS Project Certification
OSHA / NEBOSH
Additional Requirements
Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Experience coordinating with international suppliers
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication & reporting skills
