What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate vehicle pickup & delivery from workshop to customer
Optimize routes based on traffic & time efficiency
Manage customer appointments & scheduling
Be the face of Battmobile for walk-in customers
Liaise with drivers, service advisors & customers
Ensure timely dispatch aligned with service SLAs
What we’re looking for:
Dispatch coordination experience (automotive preferred)
Strong knowledge of Dubai roads & traffic patterns (non-negotiable)
Excellent communication skills
Languages: English (mandatory) | Hindi & Arabic (plus)
