9+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Telecom / Managed Cloud Services
Full responsibility for Cloud Services and Infrastructure operations
Strong hands-on experience administering Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint
Solid experience with VMware, vCenter, Network and Storage environments
Experience supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cloud and On-Prem systems
Strong knowledge of monitoring, network diagnostics, and analytics tools
Experience with antivirus, malware protection, and patch management technologies
Conduct data and security audits as per business and compliance requirements
Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures
Diagnose system issues, predict trends, and implement long-term solutions
Ensure accurate system documentation, records, reporting, and analysis
Implement new processes, procedures, and technologies within cloud environments
Work in a 24x7x365 operational environment, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance
Interface with senior management and customers, managing expectations and escalations
Support capacity planning, forecasting demand, and operating budget inputs
Lead and manage junior engineers, ensuring engagement and skill development

Bachelorโs Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems
MCSE / CCNP or higher international certifications
Minimum 2 yearsโ experience in Managed Cloud Service environments
Experience with telecom technologies (Voice & Data, Connectivity, Security, Data Centre, Cloud, Mobility)
Hands-on experience with tools such as HP Service Management, Cisco ACI, UCS, Zenoss, VMware, UCS Director
Strong customer-facing, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-handling abilities
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing environments
