Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for Network & Security infrastructure at customer premises.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and security appliances.
Perform advanced root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Work closely with customer IT teams, vendors, and internal escalation teams.
Configure, optimize, and maintain network and security devices as per best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of hands-on experience in Network & Security support roles.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments.
OEM certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) are highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills for customer-facing environments.
