Role Overview
Lead workflow automation by developing and optimizing critical processes on the NewGen BPM platform, integrated with multiple enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop complex workflows (15–20 steps) using NewGen OmniFlow
Design digital forms with Arabic/English support and offline capability
Integrate with SAP, IBM Maximo, EMS, and 8+ other systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Configure business rules, approvals, escalations, and role-based access
Optimize performance for 1000+ concurrent users with 2-second response time
Essential Requirements
5+ years of BPM/workflow development experience
3+ years hands-on NewGen platform expertise
Successful delivery of 2+ NewGen implementations
Strong enterprise integration experience
