6–10+ years of experience in 𝗨𝗜-𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 delivery / digital project management within banking or financial services
Lead end-to-end delivery of 𝗨𝗜-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 across retail, corporate, and internal banking platforms
Strong understanding of 𝗨𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, and front-end technologies
Collaborate with UX/UI teams, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to define UI requirements and design direction
Ensure compliance with 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 (WCAG), and 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀
Oversee sprint planning, design reviews, and quality checks in 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 / 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 environments
Identify UI/UX gaps and propose enhancements to improve 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆𝘀 and digital experience
Manage cross-functional communication and align timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Monitor project risks and implement 𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 proactively
Maintain documentation, 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, and UI governance across digital channels
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and UI contributors
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills in regulated environments
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲
Experience in 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 initiatives within banking or fintech
Familiarity with tools such as 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮, 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗫𝗗, or similar design platforms
Strong understanding of 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, and risk considerations in banking applications
Experience driving continuous improvement in UI processes and collaboration frameworks
