Key Responsibilities & Skills
1. Multiple end-to-end implementations and support experience in:
Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management)
Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter)
2. Strong functional knowledge of:
Rates, Billing, Payments
Meter Read & Meter Management
Credit & Collections, Case Management
New Connections and Customer Lifecycle processes
3. Deep expertise in MDM including:
Scalar & Interval Data
Events, Alarms, Commands
Remote Connect / Disconnect
VEE Rules, TOU, IMD
Device & Usage Management
Measuring Components, XML formats
4. Hands-on experience with OUAF development and deployments
5. Lead client discussions for requirements, issues, and solution design
6. Review and approve:
High-Level & Low-Level Design documents
Custom programs, configurations, and unit test cases
7. Perform root cause analysis for issues and define corrective & preventive actions
8. Identify automation and system improvement opportunities to reduce L2/L3 tickets
9. Drive system enhancements to improve overall customer experience
10. Manage multiple stakeholders effectively
11. Mentor and support team members across development, testing, debugging, and solution design
