Job Summary:

The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing data visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role primarily focuses on Power BI but requires the flexibility to work with other reporting platforms such as Metabase, Apache Superset, or similar tools. With a strong emphasis on business data analysis, the Senior Reporting Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and ensure that data reporting aligns with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Power BI and Cross-Platform Reporting Skills: o Advanced skills in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query, with the flexibility to work across other reporting platforms (e.g., Metabase, Apache Superset) to create consistent, high-quality reports and dashboards.

- SQL Expertise: Expert-level SQL skills, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries to support data extraction, transformation, and reporting needs.

o Experience in utilizing and integrating semantic layers (dbt, cube dev, etc.) into reporting workflows to ensure standardized definitions, consis

o Knowledge of techniques to monitor and optimize report performance, ensuring efficient data visualization and user experience.
