Role Responsibilities
▪️Conduct business requirements gathering sessions with business users
▪️Document AsIs and ToBe process maps
▪️Prepare Business Requirements Documents BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and Use Cases in line with execution delivery partners’ requirements
▪️Define acceptance criteria, user stories, and workflows
▪️Support test planning, UAT coordination, and test case creation
▪️Ensure seamless communication between business teams and technical delivery teams
Requirements
▪️5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
▪️Strong experience in requirements documentation and process mapping
▪️Proficiency in tools such as Visio, BPMN modeling, and Agile/ Scrum practices
▪️Domain knowledge in Real Estate / Project Delivery (preferred)
▪️Strong articulation and analytical skills
