Job Description:
· Oversee end-to-end sales execution, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals.
· Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions, orders, and communications.
· Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring no leads or opportunities are missed.
· Loop in technical teams for product demos, quotations, and post-sales support.
· Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payments, and order approvals.
· Work with operations to ensure delivery and service fulfillment.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
