Experience: 8+ Years (Facilities Management Background Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of MEP systems across multiple facilities
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Manage technical teams, supervisors, and technicians
• Monitor operational budgets and control costs
• Support business development through technical proposals and site surveys
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional certifications in Facilities Management or MEP systems will be an advantage
