✔️ Strong experience developing backend services using Spring Boot or Python

✔️ Hands-on experience designing and implementing workflow orchestration using ORKES Conductor or Netflix Conductor (Mandatory)

✔️ Build and maintain scalable microservices architectures and backend services

✔️ Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and service-to-service communication

✔️ Experience implementing event-driven architectures for scalable applications

✔️ Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Product teams to deliver reliable solutions

✔️ Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability

✔️ Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and solution design

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex engineering environments

✔️ Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in cross-functional teams

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

➕ Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

➕ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

➕ Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments

➕ Experience with microservices monitoring and distributed system observability

➕ Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
