Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and SCM modules, along with working knowledge of HCM. The resource will closely interact with business stakeholders and support implementation, configuration, and functional discussions across Oracle Fusion modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM modules.
- Provide functional support and guidance related to HCM modules, including reporting and related configurations.
- Support development activities such as reports and Fast Formulas in HCM.
- Lead discussions with business users and provide functional recommendations and best practices.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and system enhancements.
- Ensure proper documentation of functional specifications and solutions.
Required Skills :
- Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM, including reporting and Fast Formulas.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion end-to-end implementation projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead discussions and provide functional insights to business teams.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or Middle East Oracle implementations.
- Familiarity with local regulatory integrations such as ZATCA.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across Finance, SCM, and HCM.
