What the Client is Looking For

The client is specifically looking for a hands-on Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Java Developer who can:

- Actively develop modules while leading by example

- Support project planning, execution, and delivery monitoring

- Work in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models

- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Provide technical guidance to development teams

- Contribute to both backend and frontend development

- Take ownership of delivery while remaining a strong team player

- This role is ideal for someone who combines technical depth + delivery ownership + leadership mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of application development activities throughout the software development lifecycle

Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timelines, quality, and budget expectations.

- Contribute to Agile / Scrum / Hybrid project implementation

Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and team members

Identify project risks, blockers, and issues, and support mitigation strategies

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful collaboration

- Track progress, KPIs, and provide regular updates to management/stakeholders.

- Take an active part in hands-on development of modules alongside the team

- Develop and support web applications using:

Java

JavaScript

HTML / CSS

jQuery / Bootstrap

Build or support frontend applications using:

React

React Native

- Foster a positive team culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in software/application/system development projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java development

- Good exposure to full stack web development

Strong knowledge of:

JavaScript

HTML

CSS

jQuery

Bootstrap

Hands-on experience with:

React

React Native

Experience in Agile / Scrum / Hybrid project delivery methodologies

Ability to work in a lead / ownership role while remaining hands-on in coding

Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
