Skills Required:
Bachelors degree in IT/Engineering or similar filed.
10+ years of experience in delivering large scale projects, preferably within Banking or financial services.
Proven leadership of IVR, Chat, and contact center transformation program.
Deep understanding of Genesys cloudCX, IVR, call routing.
Preferred Qualifications:-
PMP, Prince 2, SAFE or Agile certification
Experience in delivering cloud migration programs in regulated industries.
Strong Understanding of BCP, DR and operational resilience framework in banking.
