Developing Retail Loan Products, including policies, processes, system enhancements, digital journey portfolio management, and promotions for Personal and Mortgage, and Auto Loans.
This role involves providing hands-on product support and coordination to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless digital and automation process rollouts.
Experience in Products, especially assets
Experience in digital onboarding enablement
Understanding of loan products, policies, regulations, pricing, and portfolio management
Experience working with IT and cross-functional teams on product implementation
Proficiency in requirements documentation, UAT support, and issue tracking
