Strong experience in Business Analysis within IT and BRM (Business Relationship Management) functions.
Proven experience in digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with BPM tools, RPA, BI reporting, and enterprise systems.
Good understanding of banking/financial services domains such as Payments, Trade, Treasury, Loans, and Operations.
Drive system enhancements and implementations across key platforms, including BPM workflows, WPS (Salaries), Payment Center, Cheque Clearing, Custody Operations, Account Management, ATM/CDM, Trade, Money Market, Treasury, Card Operations, Loan Operations, Reconciliation, and Investigations.
Knowledge of modern technology stacks including Cloud, DevOps (CI/CD), Microservices, and Middleware.
Exposure to ML/AI-based solutions and data-driven decision-making.
