8–10 years of experience in IT with strong exposure to solution design and technical leadership
Proven experience leading development teams, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery
Strong functional and technical understanding of Corporate Credit Cards and Syndicated Loans
Experience working with financial systems, transaction processing, and regulatory environments
Hands-on experience with cloud implementations on AWS and Azure
Ability to perform functional to technical mapping, translating business requirements into scalable solutions
Strong experience designing and reviewing API specifications (REST, SOAP, microservices)
Solid understanding of integration patterns, middleware, and enterprise architecture principles
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver robust solutions
Identify risks and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant system design
Maintain technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and solution designs
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive decisions in complex environments

Experience in banking domain, specifically cards and lending platforms
Exposure to enterprise integration and distributed systems
